Just a short skip from the airport, the staff were super friendly, and my room was clean and comfy. The shuttle drivers were awesome, especially in the morning. A bummer was the breakfast area—ants and a cockroach had me a bit freaked out. You’d think for $184 a night, things would be cleaner!

Great shuttle service to the airport every 30 minutes and clean rooms with comfy beds that make for a restful night. Breakfast offered a good variety from coffee to fresh fruit and even pumpkin spice waffles.
It was a bit pricey but worth it for the convenience and quality.

Convenient location near the airport. The rooms are new, spacious, and comfortable. The staff? Exceptional. They were friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond—especially during my mother's asthma attack. They even held my luggage during my Florida trip. the shuttle service fell short. Incredibly frustrating delays left me stranded in the cold for almost an hour. Maintenance needs attention; issues like a faulty toilet and an out-of-order elevator were noticeable. Breakfast had plenty of choices. Despite the setbacks, the staff's diligence in reuniting me with my lost earrings truly impressed me. If they can improve the shuttle efficiency and maintenance, this could be a stellar place. Thank you for the support!

The free shuttle service at this hotel is a game, changer for families like ours. No need to worry about transport with easy access to must, see spots such as the Big Apple, Ellis Island, top shopping spots, and exciting sports and entertainment venues.
My wife says that the hotel could improve by adding more kid, friendly activities.

Let's start with the positives - the room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and we had a good night's sleep. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room nice and cool, which was a relief after a long day of traveling. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of options to choose from. I appreciated the availability of baby cribs upon request, which made our stay with the little one much easier. On the downside, there were a few areas that could be improved. The bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired - there were dust balls around, and the tub didn't seem to have been cleaned thoroughly. The water pressure in the shower was disappointingly low, making it challenging to rinse off properly. the ironing facilities were not up to standard, and we struggled to get our clothes wrinkle-free. One major inconvenience was the lack of clear information about the $20 parking fee, which was not listed in the hotel details. This unexpected charge was a bit frustrating. the shuttle service to the airport was not as efficient as we had hoped. We had to wait almost 45 minutes for the shuttle, while other hotel shuttles seemed to be running more frequently. This delay was particularly frustrating as we were on a tight schedule during our short stopover. Despite these issues, the staff members we interacted with, like Raphael, Toana, and Cregg, went above and beyond to assist us. Their kindness and helpfulness made a positive impact on our overall experience at the hotel.

Check-in took over two hours, frustrating when others got their keys quickly. Finally in a decent room, I enjoyed the nice shower. Breakfast met expectations and the shuttle drivers were friendly, though one grumpy driver denied rides on a rainy night. The hotel had a strange smell initially, but it cleared up. A dirty shower and uncomfortable bed made the experience less pleasant. Staff were courteous, but it’s concerning to find room cleaning is only on request. A mixed bag of good and frustrating moments, but still a decent option for unexpected layovers.

I absolutely loved how the hotel is just a short shuttle ride of less than 10 minutes from Newark airport, making arrival and departure super easy and stress-free, plus the quick access to the city with a direct train to Penn Station was a game changer for urban explorers like me; and while the breakfast offered was surprisingly hearty, I did find myself wishing for more dining options nearby but all in all, the spacious and comfortable rooms provided a perfect base for a weekend adventure!

The room was clean and quiet, featuring a comfortable bed with soft bedding. The separate sink area was convenient. Blackout shades helped with light, though early morning airport noise was noticeable. The spacious shower had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water, enhancing the overall comfort. We hit up NYC and Ellis Island, shopped 'til we dropped, and even caught a game at the sports venue. Shuttle every 10 mins made it easy peasy lemon squeezy!
Wish they had a cool hangout spot onsite for late-night party vibes.

Had a quick check-in process and a good breakfast before catching the shuttle back to the airport. Convenient location close to the airport with a complimentary shuttle service that runs efficiently.
Tricky situation with the shuttle not going directly to the airport. Needed to switch to the air train, which took longer than expected, causing some stress before our flight.

the hampton inn near the airport is super clean and so close to the airport – made it easy for our short stay. got a bottle from the staff for our anniversary - they were so sweet! also, the breakfast was great and the staff were friendly.
Would definitely recommend hampton inn newark airport!
